Facade & Window Restoration
This Stanford White designed structure on Fifth Avenue and 37th Street is a NYC Landmark and is also listed on the National Historic Register. Modeled after the 16th-century Palazzo Grimani in Venice, it was built in 1906 in marble, iron and terra-cotta.
AK Architect provided architectural services for investigation and repairs to the building facades as well as conformance with Local Law 11. All work is being coordinated with the Landmark Preservation Commission.
